Flow Forward Creative Grows Its Banana Ball Roster with Brett Carson

At Flow Forward Creative, we are building a reputation in the world of Banana Ball by partnering with athletes who play with heart, grit, and excitement. That is why we are proud to welcome Brett Carson, the newest member of the Texas Tailgaters, as the latest athlete to join our roster. He follows fellow Tailgater Nick Lopez, making Brett the second Banana Ball star to sign with Flow Forward Creative.

Why Brett Carson?

Brett is the type of player every team wants: scrappy, aggressive, and relentless. He hustles on every play and brings a fire to the game that reflects our own company culture. Off the field, his great character and humility stand out just as much as his stats. Simply put, Brett is exactly the kind of athlete we want to represent.

Brett’s Path to the Big Stage

Carson’s journey speaks for itself. After transferring from Muskingum University to Marietta College in 2021, he quickly became a standout. His accolades include:

• All-American honors (2023)
• Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Year
• Four-time All-OAC selection, including three First-Team nods

Following his college success, Brett went pro in the Pioneer League, where he hit .386 with the Rocky Mountain Vibes and followed it with a .317 season for the Oakland Ballers. His production and work ethic earned him a spot among more than 1,000 prospective Banana Ball applicants, leading to his signing with the Texas Tailgaters.

Entering the Banana Ball Spotlight

Banana Ball is unlike anything else in sports. Games are capped at two hours, foul balls caught by fans count as outs, and hitters can even steal first base. It is high-energy, fan-first baseball at its best, and Brett was built for this game.

As he put it himself:
"First and foremost, I want to thank God for this opportunity. I'm very blessed and thankful for this opportunity. I'm extremely excited to meet a lot of new people and make differences in people’s lives! It's always been a dream of mine, since I was little, to play in big league stadiums and I'm excited to get to do that."

Flow Forward Creative + Brett Carson

By joining Flow Forward Creative, Brett becomes our second Banana Ball athlete and second Texas Tailgater, following the signing of Nick Lopez earlier this year. Together, they represent exactly what our agency is about: grit, excellence, and character.
